【TTMN訊(攝像:閆定 記者:劉曉玲 編輯:黃嵐)】特呂茨施勒(Trützschler)紡織機(jī)械公司是一家跨國(guó)集團(tuán)公司,于 1888 年由特呂茨施勒家族創(chuàng)辦并一直擁有,經(jīng)過120年的發(fā)展,目前特呂茨施勒已經(jīng)是一家在世界紡織機(jī)械領(lǐng)域具有領(lǐng)導(dǎo)地位的公司,致力于設(shè)計(jì)并制造清鋼聯(lián)、并條機(jī)、無紡布設(shè)備和各種針布設(shè)備。
特呂茨施勒的總部位于德國(guó),分布于美國(guó)、巴西、印度和中國(guó)的分廠及在日本的特許生產(chǎn)廠,是公司為了服務(wù)全球用戶而特別設(shè)立的。全球超過100 多個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)在使用特呂茨施勒的產(chǎn)品,公司在世界各地設(shè)立了多個(gè)技術(shù)服務(wù)中心,與80多家代理商緊密合作。2002年,全資子公司特呂茨施勒紡織機(jī)械(上海)有限公司的正式成立,標(biāo)志著特呂茨施勒家族對(duì)中國(guó)紡織事業(yè)的信心與關(guān)注。

特呂茨施勒紡機(jī)總經(jīng)理施博安接收TTMN記者專訪
Liu: For starters, can you make a brief introduction about your own company and tell us its history?
劉:首先,請(qǐng)您對(duì)公司及其歷史作一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的介紹。
施博安: Our company started in East of Germany in 1888. Later, in 1949,
we moved to the West. Our family owns the company, with about 2000 worldwide employees.
We started our business in Shanghai in 2001, eleven years ago.
And we have 500 people in the production line of Shanghai Qingpu.
施博安:我們公司于1888年在德國(guó)東部起家,1949年搬遷至德國(guó)西部。我們公司屬于家族企業(yè),擁有2000多名員工。11年前,也就是2001年,我們把業(yè)務(wù)擴(kuò)展到中國(guó)上海,在上海青浦的工廠里有500名生產(chǎn)工人。

Liu: Every year we can see your company has participated in this kind of exposition,
and every time you can bring us some new products.
This year, what's the main product that you have shown on this exposition?
劉:您公司每年都會(huì)來參加上海紡機(jī)展,并且每次都能帶來一些新產(chǎn)品,那么今年您帶來了哪些產(chǎn)品呢?
施博安: Actually, every exposition in china is important for me.
This year we have the biggest booth in Shanghai tex. These days, we show the TC 8,
what is the new carding machine.
We have been selling it in China for a few months. We have TC 8 of high-end
moral and we also have morals a little lower for mass market.
And we produce here in Shanghai as well the the TD 7 drawing frame,
the new machine here in Shanghai for us.
We have good sales already in the market. Besides, we can see the TD 8,
the new generation drawing frame.
We'd like to sell it at home and we cannot produce enough in China.
We have high performance and low energy consumption in this machine.
施博安:事實(shí)上,中國(guó)的每一個(gè)紡機(jī)展對(duì)我們來說都很重要,今年的上海紡機(jī)展上,我們公司的展臺(tái)可以說是最大的。我們帶來了TC 8梳棉機(jī),這款梳棉機(jī)在幾個(gè)月前就已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了中國(guó)市場(chǎng)。對(duì)于這款梳棉機(jī),我們生產(chǎn)了高端和中低端兩種類型,滿足不同客戶群的需求。另外,我們還帶來了TD 7并條機(jī),這款并條機(jī)對(duì)我們來講是全新的產(chǎn)品,其市場(chǎng)銷量也非常好。還有一個(gè)產(chǎn)品就是新一代的TD 8并條機(jī),這款機(jī)器質(zhì)量?jī)?yōu)越、能量消耗低。我們傾向于將其放在我們國(guó)內(nèi)進(jìn)行銷售,在中國(guó)的份額比較小。
Liu: I see most customers take great interest in your booth.
It's the second day of this exposition. Are you satisfied with this expostion?
劉:我看到很多客戶都對(duì)您公司的展臺(tái)頗感興趣,那么您對(duì)這一次的展會(huì)滿意嗎?
施博安: We are more than satisfied. We are really surprised that yeaterday morning,
the first day of the expostion, too many customers came to our booth.
施博安:我們對(duì)這次展會(huì)非常滿意。昨天是展會(huì)的第一天,我們展臺(tái)前面的參觀者是絡(luò)繹不絕,這讓我們感到非常吃驚。
Liu: Congratulations! Speaking of the market,
what's your expectation for the market in the near future?
劉:祝賀您!說起市場(chǎng),那么您對(duì)未來近幾年的市場(chǎng)形勢(shì)有什么期待呢?
施博安: We will continue to grow, maybe not so fast like in the last 2 or 3 years
in the textile market when We have grew more than 30%.
We do not expect 30% of growth in the next two or three years.
The market is likely to go down, but we still hold expectation for it.
Since so many customers take much care of high-advanced machine,
we will produce machines or equipments with best service we can offer.
They like to have machines with low consumption and less labor.
The situation of China has changed
and in the last three years, we can dramatically feel it.
施博安:我們?nèi)匀粫?huì)繼續(xù)發(fā)展下去,當(dāng)然發(fā)展速度不會(huì)像前幾年那么快,前幾年我們的銷售額增加了30%,但我不會(huì)期待未來幾年的增幅能達(dá)到30%之多。盡管市場(chǎng)不那么景氣,但我們?nèi)匀槐в邢M?。很多客戶都親睞技術(shù)先進(jìn)的紡織機(jī)械,能量消耗低,人工費(fèi)用少,而我們也會(huì)為之提供最好的機(jī)械設(shè)備和最好的服務(wù)質(zhì)量。中國(guó)的紡機(jī)市場(chǎng)在最近幾年發(fā)生了很大的變化,我們也能強(qiáng)烈地感受到這一點(diǎn)。
Liu: In the face of the current textile machinery market which I think is not so optimistic,
what should we do to respond to this situation actively.
劉:面對(duì)目前不太景氣的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境,您覺得該如何積極應(yīng)對(duì)呢?
施博安: No, I don't think so. I've mentioned before that many customers
take care of labor cost, and energy cost which is also climbing here.
And they like to make the best use of the materials, so the waste is important.
I see that many customers make some renovation and modificaction in the move,
so they select our machines. So for us, we still have bright futher in the next years.
施博安:我不覺得市場(chǎng)非常不景氣,我在前面提到過,許多客戶都非常關(guān)注人工成本和能源成本,而且充分利用原材料進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)。這些客戶看到了我們公司機(jī)器的優(yōu)勢(shì),所以才選擇我們的產(chǎn)品。因此,我認(rèn)為我們公司的前景還是非常不錯(cuò)的。
Liu: We also have strong faith that your company will achieve big success
in the near futher and will get better and better. Thanks for your patience and
I really appreciate that you can take time for my interview.
