本機型適用于棉、羊毛、人造毛、腈綸及混紡絞紗的前后處理，一次裝紗便可完成膨化、精練、漂白、染色及柔軟等多個染整工序。

It is suitable for dealing with cotton flax, wool, man-made hairs, terylene and blending twisted yarn ahead and later. When model Y is packed with yarns, it cloud make several processes of dyeing finished, such as swelling, refining, bleaching, dyeing, and pliability etc.

掛紗桿之間間距可調(diào)，適應(yīng)處染各種不同長度的絞紗。

The distance between one and another yarn bar is form 426 to 855 millimeters. So it is suitable for dyeing different hank yarns.

采用精確正反轉(zhuǎn)控制器，自動變換染液的循環(huán)方向，確保絞紗勻染。

It is equipped with precise and reversing controller to ensure that inside of hank yarn could be averagely dyed by changing automation circulation direction of dying.

循環(huán)水泵設(shè)計優(yōu)良，采用多級皮帶輪變速，以滿足不同類型絞紗的染色工藝。

Circulation water pump is well designed to fit for dyeing crafts of different kinds of hank yarn with changes in speed by much more leather belt wheels of degrees.

本機型可雙機串聯(lián)使用，減少工藝缸差。

Model Y could reduce the deflection of crafts vat by being used two series machines.
