一、產(chǎn)品用途：Application
主要用于棉紡廠回收下腳棉中的可紡纖維，如清鋼部、棉斬刀花、掃地花等各種廢棉的處理。
Applicable in cotton mills to recover spinnable fibres from such cottn waste as card sweeps,flat strips,sweepimgwaste,ect.
二、工作原理：Working principle
經(jīng)預處理機處理后的有效纖維吸附到凝棉器塵籠表面，由撥棉打手剝下后落入棉箱，經(jīng)鼻形打手開松除雜后進入喂給羅拉，再經(jīng)給棉羅拉與給棉板之間的鉗口供齒輥梳理，纖維層得到較好的除雜，在風機作用下吸附在塵籠表面并去除短絨和細小雜質(zhì)，由一對剝棉羅拉輸出，雜質(zhì)由落雜區(qū)葉片閥經(jīng)風管排出。
Useful fubres are suked to the condenser drum after precleaner,peedled off into the trunk by the strip-ing beater then to the feed roller after being loosened and re-moved of trashes by anors beater ,and at last to the cylinder for carding between the feed roller and feed table .After substantial trash-removal,the fibre is suctioned onto the drumsurface via a fan with further removal of short fibres and m-icrodust,and delivered by a pair of stripper rollers.And the trashes will be then exhausted out of the trashes will be then exhausted out of the air duct through the blade valve in the dustdopping zong.
