■用水量少
      用水量只要將織物泡濕,再加200公升的循環(huán)用水就可染色,最低浴比可達(dá)1:2.
■Little usage of water
      -water is needed to soak up fabric,then add 200 litre of circulating water and the ayeing process can occur,lowest ratio can be 1:2
 
 
■織物開幅染色
      a.染色過程中,織物呈開幅狀態(tài)行進(jìn),染液容易均勻噴灑在織物上,不易染花.
      b.經(jīng)向拉力小,不會產(chǎn)生經(jīng)向折痕.}
      c.彈性纖維織物不會卷邊.
      d.適染織物范圍較廣,針織布及平織布都適合.
      e.織物表面不會產(chǎn)生毛羽.
■Open Wide Fabric Dyeing
      -Fabric is wide open in the process of dyeing,which provides the dye to spread evenly
      -No crease mark.
      -Spandex fabric prevents edge curling
      -Suitable for wider range of fabric,knitting and woven fabric are also apropriate for this particular dyeing machine
      -fabric surface will not produce pilling
 
 
■用風(fēng)帶動織物.
      以風(fēng)的力量快速帶動織物運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),最快速度每分鐘可達(dá)900碼,減少織物運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)一圈的時間,可加快升降溫的速度,縮短染色的時間.
■Fabric Movement by the Use of Air Circulation
      -Air-circulation moves fabric with high speed(up to max.900 yard/minute) thus reduces the time for one cycle of fabric movement.For this reason,the dyeing time is also reduced.
 
 
■環(huán)境污染降至最低.
      由于染色用水減少,排放的廢水量亦相對的減少,對環(huán)境的污染也降至最低.
■Minimize Environmental Pollution
      -waste water is reduced due to little use of water in dyeing process,therefore environmental pollution is minimized.
