摘要：探討日本豐田RX240E生產(chǎn)緊密紡竹節(jié)紗的工藝要點(diǎn)。闡述了在緊密紡長車上開發(fā)竹節(jié)紗的必要性。針對粘膠纖維的特點(diǎn)和緊密紡竹節(jié)紗的質(zhì)量要求，認(rèn)為用緊密紡工藝采取必要工藝技術(shù)措施，結(jié)果證明紡出的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量明顯優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)環(huán)錠紡竹節(jié)紗，可以較好的達(dá)到提升粘膠竹節(jié)紗品質(zhì)的目的，最終生產(chǎn)出令客戶滿意的產(chǎn)品。（此課題已經(jīng)申報2012年蘇州市科技計劃新項(xiàng)目）

Abstract It discusses the technology point of Toyota compact slub yarn and explains the necessity of the long compact spinning machines for the development of slub yarn. According to the characters of viscose and the quality requirement of compact slub yarn, we believe that the compact spinning process with suitable technical measures is better than the traditional spinning process in terms of improving the slub yarn quality. Ultimately we can produce the qualified production to satisfy our customers (the subject has been declared in 2012 Suzhou new technological project)
