M&G目前是世界最大的包裝用PET供應(yīng)商，年總產(chǎn)能達(dá)到165萬(wàn)噸/年，北美總部設(shè)在休斯頓。M&G公司在巴西、意大利、墨西哥和美國(guó)均有生產(chǎn)裝置。

havefiled, before the Tribunal of Alessandria, an application for admission to thearrangement with creditors procedure (“Concordato Preventivo”) in accordancewith article 161 sixth paragraph of the Bankruptcy Law, in order to ensure theequal treatment of creditors.

Thecompanies are studying a proposal for an arrangement that will allow theiroverall activities to continue as a going concern, although they cannot excludealternative solutions at the end of the ongoing technical assessments.
